Passion.io App Troubleshooting
Problem: You see a “login as a creator” error.
You are trying to log into the Passio.io app editor.
Problem: You do not see the “28 Day Challenge” under the “Learn” tab.
You are probably logged into the master Passion.io app and not the MobilaFix program.
Solution
Step 1:
If you are logged in, log out by selecting the “Profile” tab and scrolling down to “Log out”.
Step 2:
Back out of the log in screen until you see the screen to the left and select “Find a Passion App”.
Step 3:
Type “MobilaFix” into the search bar.
Step 4:
Select the “MobilaFix” app from the search results.
You can now see two courses under the learn tab, “Welcome to the 28-Day Challenge” and “28-Day Challenge”.
You will be taken to the MobilaFix log in page as seen in the image to the left.
Step 5:
Select “Log In” and use your email and password to log in.
